A Note About The Future of Law Seminar

Over 5,000 people registered for the Future of Law Seminar and it was our first seminar with representation from all 50 states. As we are now learning, Continuing Legal Education (CLE) accreditation can be very complex in some states, especially for someone not interested in charging for attendance.

Georgia

We have received CLE accreditation for Georgia and all reciprocal states. If you are located in Georgia, please complete the provided form to receive a certificate for your records. This will also register your attendance directly with the state bar, meaning that you should not have to directly submit anything.

Alabama

We have applied for certification with your state and are awaiting approval. Once we receive approval, you will receive an email indicating whether we will register your attendance or if you will need to submit the certificate yourself.

Alaska

Complete the provided form to receive a certificate of attendance that can be readily submitted for credit. Alaska offers reciprocity with Georgia.

Arkansas

Complete the provided form to receive a certificate of attendance that can be readily submitted for credit. Arkansas offers reciprocity with Georgia.

Arizona

The State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE providers or individual programs. Complete the form to obtain a certificate of completion and follow your normal process for certifying attendance.

California

For our friends in California, please note that you may be able to receive credit immediately if you were located outside of the state when attending the seminar. If not, you are welcome to submit the form yourself or wait for our approval to come through.

Connecticut

Complete the provided form to receive a certificate of attendance that can be readily submitted for credit. Connecticut offers reciprocity with Georgia.

Florida

We have applied for certification with your state and are awaiting approval. Once we receive approval, you will receive an email indicating whether we will register your attendance or if you will need to submit the certificate yourself.

Maine

Complete the provided form to receive a certificate of attendance that can be readily submitted for credit. Maine offers reciprocity with Georgia.

New Jersey

Complete the provided form to receive a certificate of attendance that can be readily submitted for credit. New Jersey offers reciprocity with Georgia.

New York

Complete the provided form to receive a certificate of attendance that can be readily submitted for credit. New York offers reciprocity with Georgia.

Tennessee

We have applied for certification with your state and are awaiting approval. Once we receive approval, you will receive an email indicating whether we will register your attendance or if you will need to submit the certificate yourself.

Texas

We have applied for certification with your state and are awaiting approval. Once we receive approval, you will receive an email indicating whether we will register your attendance or if you will need to submit the certificate yourself.

Everyone Else

If you don’t see your state, we have not applied for certification. If a substantial number of attendees register from your state, we will apply to be a provider.

Some additional states offer reciprocity with Georgia or other states listed above with extra steps. Please refer to your state’s specific CLE guidelines for the most accurate information. Complete the form and you will receive a certificate of attendance.
