Matt Wetherington leads a personal injury and wrongful death law firm that has earned the #1 ranking in Georgia by fellow attorneys two years in a row and achieved the highest honor from the Fulton County Daily Report with its induction into their Law Firm Hall of Fame. Early in his career, he gained attention as one of the youngest attorneys chosen for the Daily Report’s “On the Rise.” Soon afterward, his groundbreaking verdicts—most notably one of Georgia’s largest auto wreck verdicts—led to his induction into the ALM Verdicts Hall of Fame. He has also been honored as a Super Lawyer in Personal Injury and Products Liability.

In turn, he established the Tire Safety Group, a nonprofit preventing wrecks caused by defective tires, and chairs the Auto Accident Survivors of Georgia, which offers resources for accident survivors. He also co-founded the Legal Accelerator Network and Georgia Legal Accelerator program, enabling small-firm lawyers to grow their practices and serve the bar more effectively.
