Ben
Levy
Of Counsel
Before joining the Wetherington Law Firm, Ben worked at one of the largest personal injury law firms in the United States. Ben has helped evaluate and litigate thousands of cases and will bring his breadth of experience to your legal matter.
About Ben
Within three years of graduating from law school, Ben Levy became one of the youngest attorneys in Georgia to rack up more than ten civil jury trial victories. In the years since, he has continued honing his skills in the art of deposing witnesses and effectively presenting evidence in the courtroom. Although Ben is a passionate advocate, he has also earned a reputation among judges and opposing attorneys alike for being polite, prepared, and honest.
Ben has had the good fortune of learning from excellent attorneys at every step of his career, and he litigates each case as if it will go to trial. His attention to detail and experience as a former insurance defense attorney help him anticipate and stay ahead of opposing attorneys, and his ability to connect with jurors earns meaningful results.
Prior to representing injured individuals, Ben worked for an insurance defense firm to better understand how insurance companies evaluate personal injury cases for settlement and how they defend those cases at trial. He now uses this invaluable knowledge and experience against the insurance companies in order to provide expert representation for his injured clients.
His leadership and commitment to helping those in need extends far beyond the courtroom. He donates his time, money, and energy, and he serves on boards and committees of various charities, including Friends of the Israel Defense Forces and the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta.
Ben is proficient in conversational Spanish.
